- Our employees sign a confidentiality agreement, which obligates them to refrain from using, publishing or disclosing, or permitting others, to use any confidential information they may come in contact with
- All documents containing PHI data are shredded before they are disposed
- Data is backed up regularly, and stored off-site as per company policy
- We make sure that all the changes and updates by HIPAA are appropriately communicated to our team to ensure the highest confidentiality.
